Services Provided

Rubycars offers a range of transportation services, including cab bookings for various trip types (e.g., one-way, round-trip, outstation, and airport transfers). Availability of services depends on the location and is subject to our operational capacity.

Booking and Confirmation

Bookings can be made through our website or mobile app.

You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including pickup and drop-off locations, time, and vehicle type.

Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation via email or SMS. Rubycars reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request.

If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our customer support.

Payment

Payment options include credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and other payment methods as listed on our website.

Payments must be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. For long-distance or special bookings, a partial or advance payment may be required.

In case of any payment discrepancies, please contact our support team immediately.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations can be made via the website, app, or by contacting our support team.

Free cancellations are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee, depending on the distance and type of booking.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled pickup time or for no-shows.

Driver and Vehicle Policy

All drivers provided by Rubycars are fully licensed and have undergone background checks. However, Rubycars will not be liable for any actions, conduct, or negligence of the driver during the trip.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate pickup details and be present at the designated location at the scheduled time.

Any additional waiting time beyond the grace period (typically 15 minutes) may result in additional charges.

Customers are expected to follow local laws during the ride and avoid carrying illegal substances or engaging in prohibited activities.

Liability

Rubycars is not liable for any delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen mechanical issues.
